Mark Baumann has been helping clients with Real Estate purchases and sales in Summit County since 2005, after moving here from the Southeast suburbs of Denver.
Having lived full-time in Summit County for more than 15 years, Mark has extensive knowledge of the communities that make up the area. Consistently a top producer, he has been involved in more than 500 transactions throughout his career. He is an expert at negotiations, investments, ROI, projections, rentals and the overall market trends. Mark prides himself on his ability to provide honest opinion and counsel to his clients.
Mark and his wife, Melissa, met at the Island Grille in Frisco and were the first couple married at the Frisco Adventure Park in 2012. When he’s not selling Real Estate, Mark can be found snowboarding on the slopes, riding the trails, or fishing and rafting with his family.
